The Site Plan application (#820130080) for the two story commercial development at 6450 New Hampshire Avenue was discussed at the Takoma Park City Council Meeting on Monday, September 15, 2014. The project has been in planning for many years and includes a laundromat on the first floor. See the revised Site Plan here.

The City Council will pass a resolution on the project on Monday, September 22, 2014.
